Job Opening: Client Care Lead

Michael’s Dogs Behavior Group is seeking an exceptional Client Care Lead.
The Client Care Lead will work closely with both clients and our team of certified trainers and behavior consultants to deliver an excellent client experience from the fist phone call all they way to the resolution of each case.
Responsibilities include effectively communicating with potential clients online and by phone. Selling and booking dog training / behavior consultation appointments. Creating client files and managing those files with the client’s trainer / behavior consultant. Communicating with clients throughout the training experience as needed to assist the trainer / behavior consultant. Successfully closing cases in cooperation with the trainer / behavior consultant.
Preferred candidates will have minimum 1-2 years experience working directly with dog owners in a professional setting (no dog training experience is required). Excellent written and verbal communications skills are a must. Candidates must be familiar with Google products including Drive, Docs, Calendar and Maps. Exceptional candidates will be proficient on other online platforms such as Acuity and Square.
